Terms of service

Bobby.guru is operated by Toros Ricos OÜ, registered at Kiikri 6/2, 10159 Tallinn, Estonia. Company number 16767169. VAT number EE102631131.

In these terms "we", "us" and "Bobby.guru" mean Toros Ricos OÜ. "You" means the person or organisation holding the subscription.

Bobby.guru is an MCP advisory agent. You connect it to your site, repository or tooling, and it returns diagnoses, advice and changes within the scope you grant it.

It is an assistive tool. It does not replace your own review, testing or professional advice, and you remain responsible for what you ship.

We may change, improve or retire individual capabilities. If we retire something material to your plan, we tell you before your next renewal.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials, API keys and MCP tokens secure, and for everything done through your account.

One subscription covers the seats and connected sites stated on your plan. Sharing access beyond that is a breach of these terms.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your renewal. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the new price.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details - Stripe handles card data as an independent payment processor under its own terms.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated. VAT is applied according to your billing country and the VAT number you supply. Reverse charge applies to valid EU business customers outside Estonia.

If a payment fails, we retry it. If it keeps failing, we may suspend the service until the balance is settled.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of Guru Credits. Credits are consumed by agent runs and vary with the size and depth of the work requested.

Included credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire while your subscription is active.

Credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable once consumed.

Because the service delivers digital output immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once you start using the agent, and you agree to that when you subscribe.

We do not refund partial periods. If the service is materially broken and we cannot fix it, contact us and we will make it right.

Do not use the agent to build or operate anything illegal, to attack or scan systems you do not control, or to generate content that infringes someone else's rights.

Do not resell, white-label or expose the agent as your own product without a written agreement.

Do not attempt to extract the underlying prompts, models or system configuration.

We can suspend an account that breaches this section, with notice where it is safe to give notice.

You keep all rights to the code, content and data you connect. You grant us only the access needed to run the service you asked for.

You own the output the agent produces for you, subject to any third-party rights in what you supplied.

We keep all rights to Bobby.guru, the brand, the marks and the platform itself.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream model outages and provider incidents happen.

Enterprise agreements can include a written service level. Standard plans do not.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties.

Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or business interruption.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Estonian law.

You can stop at any time by cancelling. We can terminate for non-payment, for a breach of acceptable use, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason, refunding any unused prepaid period in the last case.

On termination, access ends and connected credentials should be revoked by you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes go to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
