What is a Guru Credit?
Guru Credits are the one currency here - they pay for everything: chat answers, site checks, crawls, SEO reports and MCP tool calls. A short diagnosis costs a few credits; a full architecture review or a governance audit costs hundreds. Cost is weighted by model and depth, and every run shows what it spent before and after.
Is there a cheap way in?
Yes. Bobby Student and Bobby Starter are for one person, one workspace, 50 GB and 1,000 Guru Credits a month. Student pricing is for students and private people who want Bobby without an agency budget.
Do credits roll over?
Included credits reset monthly. Purchased top-up packs never expire while the membership is active.
How is it billed?
Card payment through Stripe, monthly, in euros, cancel any time. Tax is calculated and collected at checkout. Enterprise is invoiced annually.
Why so expensive?
Because Bobby is scoped to solve the problem, not to produce text. If you measure it against a chat subscription it will look expensive. Measure it against the release it saved.
Which clients can connect?
Anything that speaks MCP: Lovable, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT connectors, and your own tooling over OAuth 2.1.
How do prepaid service hours work?
You buy a pack of hours up front at a lower rate than the plain hourly price. Hours are spent on phone advice, chat advice or a real on site service, billed per started block, and they stay valid for the validity period on the pack.
What happens to hours I do not use?
They stay on your workspace until the validity period ends, so you can spread a pack over several projects. Nothing is deducted for a session that never happened.
How is on site work quoted?
On site work has a half day minimum plus a travel fee. Outside the listed countries we quote travel separately before anything is booked.
